His previous positions include senior leadership roles like CEO & Director, GM - USA & Caribbean, Director - Sales & Marketing for Central & Latin America, Regional Manager – Middle East & East Africa, Area Supervisor - UAE & Area Manager - Oman. In his distinguished career, He has In-depth experience in FMCG Sales, Internet of Things, Marketing & General Operations in renowned Companies like Glaxo, Nestle, Bristol Myers, Tiffany, Super-Max & Nettlinx across segments like Beverages, Baby Foods, Body Care, Biscuits, Blades & Bandwidth. His last stint was for over 14 Yrs as a CEO & Whole Time Director @ Nettlinx Limited, a Hyderabad based BSE India listed Internet Service Provider & Technology products marketing Company with extensive reach across TS & AP . Prior to this , His major achievement within Super-Max Shaving Products Company was to foster Super-Max’s typical wholesale driven approach to establish its voluminous retail distribution penetration and thereby helped Company making the brand to be a worldwide market leader with business visits to 48 countries.

He has multiple industry experience in emerging economies. Has managed markets comprising of modern trade and traditional distribution of FMCG Products in different continents, countries, currencies, cultures, conditions, categories, channels, controls, conflicts, challenges, complexities & communities. Spearheaded expansion strategies to increase business market share & drive growth. His strength revolves around aligning the vision, mission and philosophy involving core values of hard-work, honesty, integrity, transparency & ethics with Passion.

Sekhar believes in achieving operational excellence through a model of people driven participative style of management with focus on objectives and measurable results. Has a Global mind-set with a blend of MNC professionalism and a flavor of commercially sensible entrepreneurial approach with multi-tasking, optimizing costs and making more out of less.

He is an active member of various civic, welfare and business communities in Hyderabad. With respect to his education, He holds a Post graduate diploma in Sales & Marketing from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad and has a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from AV College, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Sekhar is married and blessed with a son & daughter. His Son & DIL are typical techies working in NYC , USA . His Daughter is pursuing masters in Fashion & Luxury Brand Management in London. He enjoys spending time with his family. Cricket is his favorite interest.

Raj, began his career 25 years ago with a start-up company distributing computers and providing solutions and quickly rose to become the founder-director in Skytel, an Internet and VoIP services company. Skytel’s growth was staggering, reaching the top three companies offering Internet services and terminating millions of minutes around the globe. with sights on larger markets joined the management team in Zylog Systems India Limited, an Indian MNC offering the Broadband Internet Solutions. Presently, He is actively advising Zyetel board in taking up the group to the next level with his immense technical knowledge and in-depth knowledge in the ISP industry.
